Join us as we walk through how we created a recommendation system within RapidMiner and the benefits we have seen from doing so. As part of our services, we offer solutions that try to increase our client’s consumer loyalty. These consumers earn points by achieving goals that can be measured by analyzing their spending, sales, sell in, sell out or any KPI our clients want to reward. The consumers that earned these points can then redeem them for any of our 4,000 product/services available in our catalog. A catalog that we provide through our web-based platform or eCommerce.
The main challenge we faced was providing a better consumer experience throughout our platforms, that would ultimately contribute to an increase in sales, engagement, and goal performance.
