If you’re reading this, you’ve probably noticed our website looks a lot different. We’re committed to building a standout brand for a massive market, and we decided that—to do it right—a rebrand was in order.
Why? We need to show everyone how we’ve changed and evolved over the years. We need to better emphasize our enterprise focus and empower organizations as well as individuals to succeed with data science. As part of our rebrand, we’re rolling out a new look and feel for RapidMiner.com. We’ve created a clean, yet sharp design and improved the site navigation to help our users find exactly what they’re looking for. Boom.
We’re excited to have a new website that gives a clearer picture of who we are as a company—with our new brand experience front and center, as well as tons of new platform information, more content to enable data-loving people of all roles and skillsets, and a completely refreshed resource center.
6 Noteworthy Highlights of Our New Website

1. New Look and Feel for the Brand
RapidMiner has put a lot of work into our revamped brand experience to better represent who we are as a company and what we’re on a mission to do—reinvent enterprise AI so that anyone has the power to positively shape the future.
2. Updated Website Navigation
The new site navigation offers an improved experience and helps you find exactly what you’re looking for without any hesitation or digging required. We’ve also revamped the structure of our resource center so that you can binge our most relevant content without getting lost in it.
3. Customer Success Stories
Rather than tell you what AI can do you for your business, we’d prefer to show you how it’s helped our customers. That’s why we’ve featured more data science and machine learning case studies, not only in the Customer Stories section, but throughout other key pages as well—to help you understand how your peers are leveraging AI across their enterprise. We want to help users get inspired—no matter where they are on their AI journey.
4. Updated Platform Information
If you’re browsing through our new platform pages, you may notice that our product looks different. That’s because this site represents and showcases the next generation of RapidMiner—a browser-based cloud platform that unifies the entire data science lifecycle and removes common roadblocks to Enterprise AI success. The platform is currently in Public Beta and will officially launch in June, so make sure to stay tuned for updates ☺
We’ve made quite a few exciting enhancements to the RapidMiner platform. But that would all go to waste if our users can’t easily find the latest information. We’ve also organized our platform information by stages of the data science lifecycle AND by persona (see below). With the new website, our users will spend less time looking for the information they need about our product so they can spend more time doing data science.
5. Putting People at the Center of AI
AI is a team sport—there’s more than just one “I” in AI. We thrive on enabling your team of data-loving people of all skill levels to rapidly create and operate AI solutions.
By nature, we have many different types of enterprise users visiting our website and consuming content. So, we decided to provide dedicated content for different personas. No matter your role, responsibilities, or areas of expertise, we hope you’re able to easily find the content you’re looking for.
6. Better Representation of Our People
Our people are at the core of what we do. We’ve featured the people behind RapidMiner throughout the new website via quotes, pictures, and videos so that you can get to know our team better and see what they’re all about.
As some of you may know, our roots are in academia, and many of the most active of our 1 million community members are professors, researchers, and students, so we’ve built a dedicated space for them to do end-to-end data science projects: RapidMiner for Academics.
Another major part of what makes us us is our Center of Excellence methodology—it’s why people choose to work with us. On our new site, we’ve created a dedicated space to learn more about our CoE methodology and the wizards (a.k.a. our Customer Success Team) that make it all come to life and create successful outcomes for our customers.
